For users of Workday, we are introducing Vacancy Insights, a new hiring funnel report that gives full visibility into application-to-hire conversion using stages from the ATS, rather than mapped stages in the Vacancy Attribution Report. All users, regardless of user permissions, can now easily identify bottlenecks and focus on areas that impact their time-to-hire. Key capabilities include:

We are introducing a new LLM-powered Job Description Parser to improve vacancy calibration by using full job descriptions, not just job titles. The parser reads full job descriptions and identifies the right roles and skills using Beamery's canonical taxonomy. |

Attachments can now be tied to a specific vacancy, making it easy to see which CV or cover letter was used for a specific role. Users can now add and view attachments linked directly to an application, via the Vacancies Workspace in the Profile. All customers can manually add attachments per vacancy. For customers using Workday, application attachments can also be synced via the integration (pulling from and/or pushing to Workday), available on request.
