Workforce Insights	Reporting	For users of Workday, we are introducing Vacancy Insights, a new hiring funnel report that gives full visibility into application-to-hire conversion using stages from the ATS, rather than mapped stages in the Vacancy Attribution Report. All users, regardless of user permissions, can now easily identify bottlenecks and focus on areas that impact their time-to-hire. Key capabilities include: Visibility of the funnel by ATS stages, with automatic grouping applied if users have more than 10 stages Conversion tracking at each stage Vacancy, team and recruiter filters Up to 2 years of historical funnel data Conversion targets to set benchmarks and visualise bottlenecks Access across all user roles For more information on the Vacancy Insights report, see here.	14th Jan	28th Jan
Talent Acquisition	Vacancy Calibration	We are introducing a new AI-powered method of auto-calibrating vacancies to improve matching by using full job descriptions, not just job titles. The new method reads full job descriptions and identifies the right roles and skills using Beamery's canonical taxonomy. With this update, job titles and skills in Vacancy Calibration will align more closely to the role, improving the accuracy of recommendations and Suggested Contacts results. Automatic calibration happens when a vacancy is created from any source (eg. via ATS, manually). For more information see here. The Automatic Calibration using the job description will be rolled out to all customers who have signed up for our AI capabilities. Profile	Attachments can now be tied to a specific vacancy, making it easy to see which CV or cover letter was used for a specific role. Users can now add and view attachments linked directly to an application, via the Vacancies Workspace in the Profile. All customers can manually add attachments per vacancy. For customers using Workday, application attachments can also be synced via the integration (pulling from and/or pushing to Workday), available on request. Talent Acquisition	Fields	Minor Update	We've improved the search logic across all autocomplete fields to ensure every relevant result is displayed. Search results within autocompletes are more comprehensive and will now consistently return all matching entities, making it faster and easier to find what users are looking for.
	Vacancy Calibration	Minor Update	We’ve made visual improvements to Vacancy Calibration to improve clarity and usability. Skill and Location are now more prominent and visually separated from other fields.
	Attachments	Minor Update	It is now easier to review CVs in the Profile without downloading them. The Profile can now be expanded for better legibility and will remember the last window size.
	Attachments	Bug Fix	PNG files now preview correctly in the Resume viewer.
	Profile	Minor Update	We’ve made visual improvements to the Profile to improve the prominence of the Experience field.
	Profile	Bug Fix	The "All owners" option now displays correctly when selecting a filter in the "add to vacancy" or "add to pool" modals in the Hiring Hub.
