| Talent Acquisition | Vacancy Calibration | Minor Update | Auto-Calibration Now Updates When Job Descriptions Change Vacancy calibration using job descriptions will now automatically re-run when a vacancy's job description is updated in your ATS or manually in Beamery. Previously, calibration only ran when a vacancy was first created — if the job description was updated afterwards, the calibration would not reflect those changes. Now, when an updated job description syncs from your ATS, Beamery will automatically re-calibrate the vacancy with the revised roles and skills. This ensures your Suggested Contacts stay aligned with the latest version of your requirements. Important: if you've already manually edited a vacancy's calibration, it will not be overwritten by an automatic re-calibration. Your manual adjustments are always preserved. |
