Talent Acquisition	Anonymization	Users will now only be able to recreate, rather than restore, anonymized contacts. This ensures full GDPR compliance by completely removing all PII rather than holding it. For more information on anonymization see here.	March 11	March 20th
Permissions	Hiring Managers in Beamery will now have updated permissions allowing them to only see contacts that are: Assigned to them Created by them Part of a pool or vacancy that has been shared with them or they manage Shared with them for review Read more here.	March 11	March 20th
Talent Experience	SMS Campaigns	This update allows teams to now send bulk messages to harder-to-reach talent pools by adding an SMS option to Campaign automations.
