Taxonomy Refresh: Skills We have made a major revision to our taxonomy which powers all Beamery products. As part of this we have improved the underlying technology to allow more regular updates of the taxonomy. This release should lead to more accurate definitions of skills for candidates and vacancies, ultimately driving better search and recommendations through Talent Match. Significant changes include:
The updated taxonomy will be reflected in new Vacancies automatically, but in order to see it in existing Vacancies, you must first recalibrate the vacancy. Reach out to your CSM if you would like the full changelog. |
