Bulk Action

Bulk Actions: New Architecture & Higher Limits

We've re-platformed Bulk Actions onto a new event-driven architecture. This brings:

Faster processing — 40% throughput improvement end-to-end, with graceful error retries, less manual intervention, and better observability across all actions.

Higher default limit — The record limit for all Bulk Actions increases to 100,000 per operation, unlocking high-volume use cases that previously required workarounds.

Limit exceptions: Customers with existing limits above 100k or below 1,000 stay as-is, and Bulk Export limits are not affected.

Covered actions: Add to pool, Add to campaign, Add to vacancy, Add global tag, Edit status, Edit source, Edit location, Send message, Assign to user, Share for review, and Archive.

Rollout: Enabled for all accounts by default by May 15, 2026. To opt out, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Vacancy Calibration

Minor Update

Automatic Location added to Vacancy Calibrations
When you open a vacancy in Beamery, location is now automatically added to calibration — no manual input needed.

With this update, Beamery's AI extracts location from two sources:

  • The job description text — parsing location references directly from the free-text JD (office names, city, region, country, hybrid/remote designations)
  • The ATS location field — reading the structured location value from your vacancy where it exists (office names, city, region, country, hybrid/remote designations)

Both are combined automatically. Where an ATS location field is populated, it takes precedence. The Job Description text acts as a reliable fallback.
