Vacancies

Vacancies can now be assigned to a Sourcer, alongside Recruiters and Hiring Managers, making sourcing ownership clear and visible on each requisition. Sourcers can be added from the Edit Vacancy screen, are shown as a field on the vacancy, and can be used as a filter in the Vacancies list to quickly find assigned roles.

Sourcer assignment is currently managed directly in Beamery. For more information on filters in the Vacancies list, see here.

With this update, organisations can clearly distinguish sourcing and recruiting responsibilities on the same vacancy, improving accountability and collaboration in teams.

Vacancy Calibration

We are introducing Talent Market Insights to the Vacancy Calibration, giving recruiters real-time visibility into the external hiring market directly from within Beamery. When selecting a job role and location, users can view live market signals based on those inputs.

These insights include current supply and demand for the role in the selected location, the number of active job postings, candidates per role, top hiring organisations, and median advertised compensation. This helps teams understand benchmarks, competitiveness and time-to-fill, and quickly adjust to market expectations when designing job searches.

See here for more information.
