New Products & Core Workflow Improvements

Updates in the table below will be going live in user environments in April 2025, unless otherwise specified.

Talent Management Smart Profile

The second batch of profile improvements will be going to Production this month, having been in Sandbox since March. The Inbox and Notes experiences within the profile have been updated with dedicated workspaces and inline editing capabilities.

There are more details in the February Release Notes, and a demo of all the highlighted improvements to the Profile is available here.

Live in SBX 23rd April

We're making it possible to view and add certifications and licenses to the profile. Our parsing service will detect when a license or certification is uploaded via a CV, and add them to a new 'Licenses and Certifications' section on the profile. Licenses and Certifications can also be added to the profile manually.

Talent Acquisition Extension

Following extensive feedback from our users after the latest Extension release, we've updated the Extension to become a side panel rather than an overlay, so as not to obfuscate any of the LinkedIn webpage.

We can now sync resumes between Beamery and Linkedin Recruiter. Users will be able to inspect candidates resumes in Beamery, without having to leave LinkedIn Recruiter. *N/A - If you require a LinkedIn sandbox, please reach out to LinkedIn directly. 30th April
Users working in LinkedIn Recruiter can now export candidates to event pools using the one click export feature. Additionally, users can now see which events the candidate has signed up for and attended, under talent pipelines in the CRM tab from within LinkedIn Recruiter.
LinkedIn Recruiter accounts can be divided into contracts. If you have users spread across multiple contracts (for example representing different business units or geographical locations), you can now enable LinkedIn CRM Connect on all of those separate contracts.
Talent Acquisition Vacancy Calibration For all customers already using vacancy calibration we have added the ability to select multiple hiring locations. This will improve the Suggested Contacts list to include candidates from all set locations. 9th April 23rd April

Reporting - Pool Insights

Pool Insights is a new, simple table-based report that provides an overview of all Talent Pools, regardless of type (event, chosen, general, custom). The report displays who created the pool, how many contacts have been added, the created date, and an engagement score to indicate quality of the pool based on candidate engagement levels.

Reporting - User Insights

Gain a clear Team Breakdown of User Insights. Managers can now quickly review aggregated team-level performance, highlighting high-performing teams, comparing results across teams, and easily tracking overall productivity.

Reporting - Campaign Insights

Unlock the full potential of your recruitment campaigns with clear visibility into hiring outcomes. Easily measure the impact of your outreach and confidently attribute success to your marketing efforts.

Campaign Insights now automatically tracks two essential outcomes:

  • Applications submitted within 30 days of sending a campaign email.
  • Offers extended within 30 days of sending a campaign email.

This provides recruiters with immediate clarity on campaign effectiveness, improves attribution of marketing activities to hiring outcomes, and reduces manual effort in measuring campaign success.

Additionally, recruiters can now immediately identify which campaign touchpoints drive engagement, refine messaging effectiveness, and optimise campaign strategy for better hiring results, with a detailed touchpoint breakdown.
