We’ve added the ability to push application stages from Beamery to SAP SuccessFactors using Recipes. Recruiters can now automate status updates across both systems, reducing manual work and enabling a seamless, bidirectional workflow.

Enablement on request

We have updated the 'Export to CSV' functionality from within the Data Explorer. Users will now receive a download link via email, and we have added additional data points to the CSV exports.

We’ve added a self-serve feature that lets admins set a custom SSO ID when creating users. This decouples login credentials from their email credentials within the platform. Users will no longer need to contact support to action these requests.

Update to Beamery’s Authentication System

As previously shared, we’re migrating to a new authentication platform powered by Auth0 to enhance security and support future features like multi-factor authentication.

Most changes will happen behind the scenes. Email/password users will have noticed a minor update to the login flow; SSO users will see no change to their login experience or URLs.

Migrations will begin from the end of August. We’ll be in touch to confirm your specific timeline.
