LinkedIn CRM-Connect

Users on LinkedIn Recruiter can now enhance One Click Exports with additional fields from the sourcing settings in the Chrome Extension. This includes exporting prospects into private pools and vacancies as well as adding more candidate details such as status, custom fields, and more.

Previously, exports were limited to public pools and vacancies only. With this update, private pools and vacancies can also be included via sourcing settings—making it easier for a broader group to manage and track candidates in Beamery and CRM-C.

Note: If pools and/or vacancies are selected in the sourcing settings, candidates will be added to those, and the pool or pipeline selected in the One Click Export form will be ignored.

For more information on Once Click Exports see here.

Settings

As we start to migrate customers to our new authentication provider, users who use password authentication will find the flow to change their password via the CRM slightly different. SSO users will see no change as they do not have the option to change password.

Currently when resetting password via the CRM settings, users are prompted for their old password and their choice of new password. With this update, you will not see this option. Instead you will be directed to confirm your email address, and next steps to reset the password will be delivered to your email - please follow the link you receive by email and you will be able to enter your choice of new password.

See here for more information.

Workforce Insights

Work Architecture

We’ve introduced role-based permissions for Work Architecture to give customers greater control and governance:

Skills Admin – Full access: approve roles, approve edits, and make skill changes.
Skills Standard – Can propose changes, but cannot approve or implement them.
Skills Read-Only – View-only access: see and compare skills within roles.

Previously, any user with access to Work Architecture had full control. Now, access levels can be configured per user, improving governance and ensuring changes are properly validated.
