LinkedIn CRM Connect: 1-Click Export

Last Updated:

CRM Connect is an integration between LinkedIn Recruiter and Beamery. You can export candidates from LinkedIn Recruiter to Beamery using 1-Click Export.

A Beamery user with a LinkedIn Recruiter license can export up to 300 exports per month. One export is defined as an export of one LinkedIn member to a pool, vacancy or event in Beamery.

Exporting a LinkedIn Profile to Beamery

    1. Click the More icon (vertical ellipses) on the candidate’s profile and click Export to CRM.
    2. In the 1-Click Export menu, you can select from the following options:
      • Select one or multiple pools, vacancies or events under “pipelines” to export to.
      • Optionally add notes to the candidate’s profile.
    3. Add tags, status, custom fields, private pools, private vacancies using the sourcing settings in the Chrome Extension.
    4. Click Export to export the candidate’s name, job title, location, company, LinkedIn profile link, and candidate Creation Source (“LinkedIn”) to Beamery.

If Pools and Vacancies were selected in the sourcing settings, the exported candidate will be added to those pools and vacancies and not to the one specified in the One Click Export form.

Beamery best practice is to create a placeholder public pool for users to select in the One Click Export whenever they want the pools and vacancies in the Extension to apply to imported contacts, rather than the one selected under CRM talent pipeline.

Included in the 1-Click Export

When you use the 1-Click Export feature, the following fields will exported to Beamery:

          • First name
          • Last name
          • Profile URL
          • Location
          • Education
          • Experience, including the last 2 experiences only.
          • Top 3 skills, including the 2 most recent “highlighted skills” if available
          • Years of experience
          • Email(s), if manually entered by the recruiter into the Candidate email field in the Export to your CRM window
          • Creation Source (“LinkedIn”)
          • Notes (if manually entered by the recruiter into the Notes field in the Export to your CRM window)

The Export to CRM section on the profile will show all export activity for that profile, including the date and time of the export and the selected pipeline.
