When a candidate or prospect shares their email or phone number with a user (using LinkedIn Recruiter) via InMail, a light or 'stub' candidate profile will be created in Beamery as public profiles. This allows the user to quickly access candidate contact details within Beamery, reducing friction and saving time in their workflow. Users using different emails across Beamery and LinkedIn will need to link their accounts in the settings page. |

Note: This update does not impact users logging in via SSO. To support our migration to a new authentication solution, the login experience for email and password users is being updated to a two-step process. We have updated the user creation flow to allow the re-creation of previously deleted users with the same email address, both via the SSO and invite user UIs. The system now un-deletes the user instead of modifying the email, preventing duplicates in activity reporting. |
