Profile |
We are updating the Contact Type label from Employee to Internal Applicant, and introducing a new Contact Type for Employee profiles. This update makes it easier to understand whether a profile represents a current employee or a candidate and it will also be clearly visible in Quick Search results. Additionally, Workday users are also now able to pull the Worker Reference on a candidate, ensuring the Contact Type updates automatically. Please raise a Beamery Support ticket to raise your enablement request. |

We are also introducing a new Related Profiles menu on the profile. This helps users identify potential duplicates and move easily between profiles that share the same email address, social link, ATS ID or Worker ID. These improvements make it easier to find the correct profile and understand when duplicate profiles exist. For more information on duplicate management see here. Note: This is an update to the way duplicate profiles are surfaced. The duplicate logic operates in the same way as before. |

| LinkedIn CRM-Connect |
We are introducing a new profile tag to help teams stay compliant with LinkedIn’s data requirements. Candidates who have permanently deleted their LinkedIn account will now be marked with a closed-linkedin-profile tag. This tag is updated monthly based on data received from LinkedIn, ensuring that records remain accurate over time. See here for more information. |

Reporting |
We are updating the User Insights and the Vacancy Attribution Report to include activity on confidential contacts. Names will be masked in the Vacancy Attribution Report for anyone who does not have permission to view them. CSV exports will also include confidential contacts and masked names. These updates allow teams to better understand the performance of executive and sensitive hiring, measure vacancy impact more accurately, and maintain privacy without losing visibility in reporting. |

| Administration | SSO |
We’ve added a self-serve feature that lets admins set a custom SSO ID when creating users. This decouples login credentials from their email credentials within the platform. Users will no longer need to contact support to action these requests. See here for more information. |
