Beamery's User Insights Report is designed to enhance skills-based hiring, provide actionable workforce intelligence, and enrich the talent experience. By offering detailed insights into user engagement and activities on the platform, Beamery enables individual team members to track their performance against common targets. Managers can evaluate team productivity, recognize top performers, and identify training opportunities. The User Insights Report is another way Beamery is committed to optimizing an organization's talent operations.

The User Insights Report is available to Super Admins by default. If you wish to grant access to additional user roles, please discuss this with your CSM or email support@beamery.com

Accessing the User Insights Report

Navigate to the User Insights Report by clicking on it in the left-hand navigation menu from any page in Beamery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The User Insights Report includes the following KPIs to allow team leaders to monitor and analyze user activities:

  • Total Number of Licenses: The total number of paid licenses assigned to a user. These are licenses that have not been deleted or disabled within the selected date range.
  • Active Users: Defined as any user who has taken one or more of the tracked actions (listed below) during the selected date range. A full list of the tracked actions used to define an ‘Active User’ can be found here.
  • Activity Ratio: The percentage of licenses that have been active within the selected date range.

The updated definition of Active Users no longer includes logging in as a valid action. This means, in order to be counted as active, a user must log in and performed a tracked action (listed below).  This aims to encourage talent teams to focus on actions that lead to a candidate interaction and, as a result, may result in fewer active users than seen in previous reports.

Detailed Activity Metrics

The following metrics will reflect the date range chosen at the top of the report.

  • Contacts Created: The number of new contact profiles added to Beamery by a user.
  • Notes Logged: The number of notes users have added to profile timelines.
  • InMails Logged: The number of InMails recorded on profile timelines by users.
  • Direct Messages Sent: The number of direct messages sent by users through Beamery.
  • Phone Calls Logged: The number of phone calls recorded on profile timelines by users.
  • Last Tracked Activity: Any activity listed above that a user took or one of the activities listed in the CSV export.

A number of other metrics are available via “Export to CSV”. For more details on all metrics available in the User Insight report please refer to the Reporting FAQ. Beamery welcomes feedback from customers interested in reporting on additional metrics. Please submit feedback if there are additional activities you want to see included in the report via the Product Feedback form.
