Navigate to the Pools Report by clicking on it in the left-hand navigation menu from any page in Beamery.

Engagement Scoring
No Engagement - The candidate is in the system but has recorded zero engagement events over the past 12 months.
Low Engagement - The candidate has exactly one engagement event recorded in the past 12 months, and that event occurred more than 3 months ago.
Moderate Engagement - The candidate has two or more engagement events recorded in the past 12 months, yet none of these occurred within the last 3 months.
High Engagement - The candidate has at least one engagement event within the last 3 months (regardless of the total number over the past 12 months).
Recommended Actions
- Regularly review Pools Reporting to maintain optimized talent pools.
