Campaign Insights Report Filters

  • Campaign Name: Narrow down data to specific campaigns by their names. This is especially useful when comparing the performance of individual campaigns and A/B testing.
  • Campaign Type: Filter campaigns based on their type.
    • Single: Campaigns only sent once by user.
    • Dynamic: Multi-touch campaigns which can be scheduled with automatic follow-ups according to recipient behaviors.
    • Triggered: Campaigns where recipients are added automatically via a Recipe after the campaign is launched .
    • Bulk Message: Email messages sent in bulk from within the CRM. It is often useful to review bulk messages separate from other campaigns because they serve a different function.
  • Campaign Status: Analyze campaigns based on their current state.
    • Active: Campaigns currently running.
    • Complete: Campaigns are completed.
    • Cancelled: Campaigns that have been cancelled.
  • Campaign Owner: Focus on campaigns managed by specific team members to track ownership and performance.

By applying these filters, users can hone in on specific datasets to evaluate the performance of campaigns at a granular level. All filters include search functionality to quickly find specific data.
