Boolean Search

Our AI and the Skills driven searches driven by this technology are incredibly powerful, but there is often a lot of other data on a Profile or buried in attachments that you might want to target with keyword searches. With Beamery's Boolean search you have even more capability available to identify the right candidates more easily. Learn more here.

Bulk Actions

Bulk actions in Beamery are designed to help your team move faster and be more productive. By using our filters to identify multiple candidates, you are able to apply a bulk action to those contacts at scale. Learn more here.

Campaigns

Campaigns in Beamery can be used to create highly personalized email messages to target a large group of candidates in your CRM. If a candidate fails to open their first email, or if they don't click on a link, you can schedule automatic follow-ups to source or nurture new candidate relationships. Learn more here.

Convert Flows

Beamery Convert allows you to capture candidate data for your recruitment initiatives at key candidate touchpoints, such as first contact, job application, joining a talent community, or registering for an event. Convert uses Flows, which are forms that allow you to collect information that allows you to more rapidly target talent with the right opportunities at the right time and personalize your candidate experience. Learn more here.

Custom Fields

Alongside standard fields on a contact’s record, Administrators are able to create additional fields to capture their own custom data. (For example level, areas of interest, marketing preferences, salary information, candidate assessment scores, available dates and so much more). These fields can also have User Role based permissions tied to them so they are hidden from all Users except to Super Admins, so it’s possible to use them to capture sensitive information such as diversity data for reporting purposes. Learn more here.

Data Explorer

With Data Explorer, you can intuitively report on the talent acquisition metrics that matter to enable data-driven decision making and save time. Data Explorer also allows you to access global templates, and save your own reports. Learn more here.

Events

Events in Beamery offer an end-to-end solution for planning, recruiting an audience and tracking attendees for events to support your organization's recruitment initiatives. Create landing pages for event promotion and registration and check-in flows to help you manage guests. Learn more here.

Filter Panel

Find Similar Contacts

The feature uses a single Contact as an Ideal Candidate Profile identifying similar profiles, minimizing the manual work of sourcing and giving you more time to make meaningful connections with the best candidates. Learn more here.

Global Tags

Global tags allow you to apply tagging across Contacts, Pools, Vacancies and Events in your database to categorize them consistently. Tags can only be set up and managed by Administrators in Beamery. Learn more here.

Home Dashboard

The homepage is your entry point into the Beamery platform and helps you get the most out of every visit. Whether it's quickly linking to your contacts and vacancies, jumping back into something you recently worked on, viewing your tasks, or getting suggestions on what do do next from the Beamery Assistant; the homepage is there to help you succeed. Learn more here.

Pages

Beamery Pages allow you to create highly customized landing pages to showcase your employer brand to prospective candidates. Pages can be used with Convert Flows to drive passive visitors into Beamery contacts with whom you can nurture a relationship. Learn more here.

People Grid

The People Grid in Beamery is how you will view lists of contacts, either via the main People Grid in the CRM tab or within a Pool, Report or Vacancy. Whenever you see the People Grid, you can apply filters, open, view and update profiles, apply Bulk Actions, and more. Learn more here.

Pipelines

Pipelines are a way of grouping together and categorizing talent pools. For example, you might have an Engineering Talent Pipeline containing specific Front-end, Back-end, QA and DevOps pools. Learn more here.

Pools

Pools in Beamery offer a great way to group and manage candidates around particular skills profiles and personas and enable you to nurture candidate relationships in a more targeted way. Learn more here

Profile

The profile offers a view of all candidate data, activity and engagement. From the Profile that is available in most People lists, you can view a Contact’s career history, edit fields, add tags, and assign to pools, campaigns and vacancies. In the Timeline you can view a contact's history of messages and interactions with Beamery users as an activity feed, the Custom Fields tab is where all the structured data on a Contact has been captured and Attachments (e.g., CV/resume). Learn more here.

Profile Tags

Profile Tags are like mini global tags that can be applied to a contact within Beamery and used to search and filter. Unlike Global Tags, they don’t need to be set up and managed by your Admin Team, giving Recruiters and Sourcers the flexibility to build their own codes for their niche business areas. For example, a candidate might have Global Tags of Engineering, Helsinki, and Director Level, in addition to profile tags of Javascript, Angular, Agile, Part-time to help you really refine the search for the perfect candidate. Learn more here.

Recipe Automations

Beamery Recipes are automated workflows that recruiters can use to save time, nurture candidate relationships, identify relevant talent and seamlessly manage candidates down the recruiting funnel. Think of it as an “If This Then That” tool, selecting a Trigger and an Action for each Recipe to automatically update Contacts meeting specific criteria. Learn more here.

Skills

Most organizations are moving to a skills-based approach to hiring. Using Skills as the currency by which talent is matched to jobs, you can find candidates who can do the job, not just the ones who have had a particular job title in the past. Skills in Beamery are built around a normalized intelligent Taxonomy and added to Contact Profiles via a combination of sources including being parsed from CV/Resume, declared by Candidates themselves in a Convert Flow or the Candidate Portal, Inferred from current or past Job Titles using Beamery’s Skills AI or added by a Recruiter or Hiring Manager directly in the CRM. Our Skills AI then allows you to quickly match Contacts to Vacancies using Suggested Contacts in Vacancies or Pools or find Similar Contacts using an existing Contact in the database. Learn more here.

Status

The Global Status allows you to track where a candidate is in the recruitment funnel and how long they’ve been at that Status to determine whether and how you should be approaching contacts about vacancies, or with other forms of communication. (E.g Lead, Prospect, Rejected by Company). Learn more here

Suggested Contacts

Suggested Contacts uses Beamery’s Skills AI to surface quality suggestions to help you find the ideal contacts. This feature is available in Pools & Vacancies. Suggested Contacts uses either all the Contacts in a Pool or the Vacancy Calibration data to construct an Ideal Candidate Profile and uses the AI to recommend contacts, ranked by how closely they match that ideal candidate. Learn more here.

Tasks

Beamery helps your team become more productive with in-app Tasks. You can create tasks for yourself or assign one to a colleague. Tasks can be directly related to a candidate, talent pool or vacancy. Learn more here.

Insights

Insights in Beamery is part of our Reporting functionality and provides valuable intelligence on User Activity and Contacts from the rich data you acquire through Beamery’s Talent Lifecycle Management platform. Learn more here.

Vacancies

With an integration in place between your ATS and Beamery, Requisitions in your ATS sync to Beamery as Vacancies. These Vacancies in Beamery typically sync with the Vacancy Owner (provided that person is a User in your ATS and Beamery and the email addresses match in both systems), A Status (Open, Closed etc.), a Group (typically this is mapped from the area of the business the Req is being delivered for, such as “Legal”), a Location, a Job URL and any Global Tags you have set up in both systems so the Req can be categorized. Any Applicants on those Requisitions that exist in both systems will then sync to Beamery, with a Vacancy Stage. Learn more here.

Vacancy Stages

A vacancy stage allows you to track where candidates are in the active hiring process when added to a particular vacancy in Beamery or your ATS. For example, a candidate may have the status 'interviewing' but sit within the ‘code test’ or 'final assessment center' vacancy stages. Learn more here
