Smart Profile *Delayed from December* The Smart Profile is adopting our canonical library of declared skills used across the rest of the Beamery product. Connected Calendar and Email

As part of our continued commitment to partner with the third-party providers that deliver the most value for our customers, we’re switching from Nylas to Cronofy as our Connected Calendar partner, and deprecating our Connected Email functionality.


The Meeting Scheduler will look a little different, but it will work exactly as it does today. We’re letting you know so that you’re able to update your supplier information, due to this sub-processor change.


To ensure a smooth switch to Cronofy, you’ll need to re-authenticate your calendar. For instructions on how to do this click here.

Reporting We are expanding permissions for our new in-app reports (user insights, contact insights, and campaign insights) to all user roles, rather than just Super Admins. 15th Jan 29th Jan

Overview of Resolved Issues & Minor Updates

The below table will be updated at the end of January, with a view of all changes that went live in the month to maintain the stability of the platform and improve the user experience.

Minor Update(s)
The Campaign Insights report has been updated with a 'Campaign Team' filter allowing users to analyse campaigns at a team level. In addition, the CSV Export has several new data points to segment by: Campaign Owner, Campaign Owner Teams, Campaign Type, and Date Created.

The User Insights report has been updated to show user's full names rather than emails. Users of the report now have the ability to filter out deactivated users from the user activity table and corresponding CSV export. The default option is to show 'All Users', but can be filtered to show only active or only deactivated users. There is also a new 'Days Active' count column to the report, so that report users can better understand individual user activity.

The Vacancy Attribution report has been updated with a 'Vacancy' filter so users are able to analyse performance by a specific vacancy, additionally users are now able to toggle between attributable and non-attributable vacancies, in order to analyse any potential bottlenecks in hiring.
Users of the Contact Insights report are now able to see the completeness of their contacts by the contact source, in order to understand where they may have data quality issues.
