Beamery enables recruiters and managers to optimize their talent pipelines by offering detailed insights into the number of candidates in your organization's CRM, how many have been added over time, and the completeness of their profiles. Using the Contact Insights Report allows users to view the total contact base over time, filter data by date and source, and assess profile completeness, helping them maximize talent operations through data-driven decisions.
The Contact Insights Report is available to Super Admins by default. If you wish to grant access to additional user roles, please discuss this with your CSM or email support@beamery.com.
Accessing the Contact Insights Report
Navigate to the Contact Insights Report by clicking on it in the left-hand navigation menu from any page in Beamery.
Using the Contact Insights Report to Measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- New Contacts: The number of contacts added to Beamery during the selected date range.
