There is a quick and easy way for you to know your internal talent from your external talent in the CRM.  Better enable internal mobility with a greater connection between Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Are you a Beamery customer with both Grow and CRM?

Make sure you’ve got the right connections set up. You can easily identify contacts in the CRM as a current employee, an alumni that has exited but has prior experience of your organization, or an external candidate.

Here’s what you need to know to begin using the integration. 

  1. Verify that your organization is both a Beamery Grow and CRM customer.
  2. Contact your Beamery CSM, Engagement Manager or submit a request here to request enablement of the integration on the back-end. 
  3. Create a new Beamery user with the API role and share the user’s credentials with Beamery. (Your CSM, Engagement Manager or Product Support will assist with this.)

You will now be able to make decisions and action on every contact (as an internal employee or alumni) in your CRM based on an always-up-to-date field.


Are you a Beamery customer with only the CRM?

This connection is ready to go for Beamery Grow customers, but we understand that not  everyone may be aware of the value that Beamery Grow can bring to Talent Acquisition teams. We also appreciate your organization might not be ready for the full employee experience.
