When troubleshooting our Workday integration you might be asked to provide Workday IDs or ATS IDs for your contacts or requisition for Beamery Support to be able to troubleshoot an issue. Below are the steps you can take to access these logs.

Where to find a Candidate ID
To retrieve a candidate ID you will need to have access to your Workday instance and be logged in. In some instances, the contact ID can be found under the contact's name when accessing their profile.
If this is not the case in your instance please follow these steps to find the ATS candidate ID:
1. Navigate to the candidate in question.
2. Click on Actions under the candidate's name.
3. Click on Integration IDs.
4. Click on View IDs.
5. Look for the Candidate_ID and the ATS contact ID can be found in the ID column:
Where to find Vacancy/Requisition ID
To retrieve requisition audit logs you will need to have access to your Workday instance and be logged in. The ATS requisition/vacancy ID in most instances can be found at the start the name of the requisition:

1. Navigate to the requisition in question.
2. Click on the three dots next to the requisition name.
3. Click on Integration IDs.
4. Click on View IDs.
5. Look for the Job_Requisition_ID and the ATS contact ID can be found in the ID column:
