Beamery allows you to engage with candidates using direct email and Campaign messages, and a key part of any email message is your email signature.
Follow this guide to add your email signature to Beamery to appear on messages and campaigns you send using Beamery.
Add Your Email Signature
1. To add your email signature to Beamery so that it will automatically appear on your email campaigns messages, begin by navigating to your settings page by clicking on your name from the dropdown menu in the top right of the screen and choosing Settings.
2. Once on the settings page, select Account Information.
3. Here you will see the Email Signature editing window. Simply copy and paste your existing signature from your email client, or use the text editing options here to create a new email signature. Then, click Save.
4. This email signature will now appear automatically on Campaigns you create and any direct emails you send from Beamery.
Update your Email Signature
You can amend your email signature at any time. Simply navigate to the settings menu by clicking on your name from the dropdown menu in the top right of the screen and choosing Settings.
