Portals

Users are now able to invite candidates to directly access the Candidate Portal, if their profile is in the CRM. Using magic links means that candidates will not have to authenticate as we know who the are, and improves the candidate experience.

There are two different options for logging in:

  1. Portal magic link
    1. Log into the portal
  2. Portal magic link with redirect 
    1. Log into the portal and redirected to a specific page e.g. Profile or Matches.

Overview of Resolved Issues & Minor Updates

The below table shows view of all changes that went live in October to maintain the stability of the platform and improve the user experience.

Smart Profile Update

To further improve data scanning and help users make a faster decision, the following fields have been added to the duplicate modal in the Smart Profile:

  • Location
  • Phone number
  • Experience
  • Education

In addition, the social links are now clickable and will open the relevant site in a new window.

Convert Bug Fix Users will no longer receive an error message when trying to submit a convert flows with attached resumes. The form will successfully be submitted as expected.
Campaigns - Connected Emails Update As we transition to our internal email tracking system, users will notice reply-to email addresses include Beamery's tracking address when using connected emails. Previously the reply-to email address would look like 'dave@beamery.co.uk' but now it will consist of Beamery's tracking email address which will be 'dave.m-823hs72@beamery.co.uk'.
Talent Acquisition Vacancy Calibration Insights
Update Filters are back in in Suggested Contacts. Users will now be able to refine Beamery’s Suggested Contacts results further by applying filters that are used throughout the platform. See here for more details.
