Submitting a Ticket for a Workday Integration Related Issue

For Beamery customers with a Workday integration, if you discover a candidate or vacancy is not appearing in Beamery or a vacancy is not in sync with the integration platform, please provide the following information when submitting a ticket so that support can investigate further:

For candidates not appearing in Beamery, please provide:

  • Beamery Candidate URL (if applicable)
  • Candidate ATS ID
  • Candidate name and email address on Workday
  • Workday Audit Logs for the Candidate

For vacancies not appearing in Beamery or not in sync with the integration platform, please provide:

  • Vacancy Name
  • Vacancy ATS ID
  • Beamery Vacancy URL (if applicable)
  • Workday Audit Logs for the Vacancy

If an update isn't syncing, please provide what the update is and if it is an application, vacancy or candidate that is not updating. Please also include the following:

  • Date & time when the update was made
  • Date & time  when the candidate applied for the role
  • Screenshot showing the vacancy status in Workday that hasn't synced to Beamery
  • Screenshot showing the update on the candidate's profile in Workday that hasn't synced to Beamery
