How to view my Support Tickets

To get started, browse to and click on Sign In. 

Creating an account:

  1. To create an account, click on 'Sign Up' and enter your name and email address
  2. From the email you receive, click on 'Create a Password'. Enter a password and then click 'Set Password'.

How to view your Support tickets

  1. Click on the icon dropdown and select 'My Activities'

  2. Here, you will only see each of the tickets that you have raised and/or are CC'd on:
  3. Clicking on each ticket will also allow you to reply and/or Solve it:

  4. Should you wish to have the ability to view all of your Organization's tickets and/or be copied onto each ticket to receive email notifications, please reach out to your assigned Customer Success Manager.
