Automations in Beamery, called Recipes, serve as the engine for data in your CRM. They drive compliance workflows, manage contacts, send campaigns to candidates and much more. There are so many things Recipes can do, that often managing your list of Recipes can be a challenge. Here’s where Beamery’s TalentGPT offers you a hand - allowing a smarter way to find Recipes and navigate to the key automations you need by searching for them based on common terms.
Prerequisites

Activate AI search
First, head to the Automation tab from the left-hand navigation menu. Then make sure AI search is enabled by clicking the toggle button on.
Common Search Terms
AI search uses simple, conversational language along with descriptive summaries to help you locate a single recipe or a group of recipes with a shared set of parameters. Below are examples of common searches to get you started, then start building your own search queries.
