How to create and access Support tickets

To get started, browse to https://support.beamery.com/hc/en-us and click on Sign In. 

Creating an account:

  1. To create a Beamery Support Portal account, click on 'Sign Up' and enter your name and email address

     
  2. IMPORTANT: A Beamery Support account must be created to download files sent via support tickets
  3. From the email you receive, click on 'Create a Password'. Enter a password and then click 'Set Password'.

How to create a Support ticket

  1. Via the Support Portal by clicking on 'Submit a request' & selecting the relevant ticket form
  2. Via our Messaging widget located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen & entering your query
  3. Via email by reaching out to support@beamery.com 

How to view your Support tickets

  1. Click on the icon dropdown and select 'My Activities'

  2. Here, you will only see each of the tickets that you have raised and/or are CC'd on:
  3. Clicking on each ticket will also allow you to reply and/or Solve it:

     
  4. Should you wish to have the ability to view all of your Organization's tickets and/or be copied onto each ticket to receive email notifications, please reach out to your assigned Customer Success Manager.
