To get started, browse to https://support.beamery.com/hc/en-us and click on Sign In.
Creating an account:
- To create a Beamery Support Portal account, click on 'Sign Up' and enter your name and email address
- IMPORTANT: A Beamery Support account must be created to download files sent via support tickets
- From the email you receive, click on 'Create a Password'. Enter a password and then click 'Set Password'.
How to create a Support ticket
- Via the Support Portal by clicking on 'Submit a request' & selecting the relevant ticket form
- Via our Messaging widget located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen & entering your query
- Via email by reaching out to support@beamery.com
How to view your Support tickets
- Click on the icon dropdown and select 'My Activities'
- Here, you will only see each of the tickets that you have raised and/or are CC'd on:
- Clicking on each ticket will also allow you to reply and/or Solve it:
- Should you wish to have the ability to view all of your Organization's tickets and/or be copied onto each ticket to receive email notifications, please reach out to your assigned Customer Success Manager.
