Sending Campaigns from Another Email Address

When you create Campaigns, you may wish to send from a different email address, such as a 'careers@co.com' or 'no-reply@co.com'. In order to do this, you need to add a verified email address to your Beamery accounts.


How to Create a Verified Email Address

1. Go to your account information in settings, by clicking on your name in the top right-hand side of the window and choosing Settings.

2. In Account Information, click on Add new email and enter the email address you would like to send your message from, then click on the + to confirm. You are also able to edit the name displayed if desired. 

Note: There is no limit to the number of verified emails that can be added to your account, but we recommend having between 1 and 5.

3. Next, a verification email will be sent to the email address you just entered. Verify the email address by clicking on the link in this email.

4. Now, refresh your account information. You will see that this email address now appears as a Verified Email.


How to Send a Campaign with a Verified Email Address

Build your Campaign following these instructions.  When it's time to choose the from email for the campaign messages, click the dropdown and select the email address you would like to use.

Beamery will also automatically generate a unique reply-to addresses to handle Candidate replies.

Notifications will be sent to the verified email address if a contact replies to an email sent from a verified email address. The notification email address (notifications1reply@campaign.beamery...) is an unmonitored address and replies to it will not be monitored or logged.
