The below steps are needed as part of the SuccessFactors > Beamery Integration set up. These steps would need to be executed by the customer in their SuccessFactors tenant. They are focussed on managing permissions and uploading a certificate.
Please note that these steps will need to be done by the customer, after they have received the x509 certificate from the Beamery Integration Consultant.
- Log in to the customer’s SuccessFactors instance as Administrator
- Navigate to Manage permission roles
- Select a role
- Click on the permissions button and select the required permissions
- Navigate to ‘Manage OAuth2 Client Applications’
- Click ‘Register Client Application’
- Set the ‘Application Name’ and ‘Application URL’
- Application Name: Name of your choice
- Application URL:

- http://integrations.beamery.com for production
- http://integrations.sandbox.beamery.eu for sandbox europe
- http://integrations.beamery.eu for production europe
- Open the x509 certificate provided by the Integration Consultant from Beamery, and copy the contents of it (exclude --BEGIN CERTIFICATE-- and --END CERTIFICATE--) to the ‘X.509 Certificate’ section
- Once registered, click on ‘View’ for the application you just created and find the API Key
- Provide the API Key from the step above to your Integration Consultant at Beamery.
