Reporting - Looker Insights |
We are deprecating our Looker Insights and replacing it with the introduction of Enhanced In-App Reports. Looker Insights allowed users to view data on which activities users were taking on Beamery, understand how many contacts are available on the platform, and follow up on campaign performance.
Our new in-app reports are designed to provide a more streamlined and user-friendly experience within Beamery. The new reports are available as of the November Release, and will initially cover the key metrics from the Looker Insights. They will be split into 3 reports: User Activity, Contact Insights, and Campaign Insights.
What's the impact? - Enhanced Reporting Features: The new in-app reports will offer more value by connecting insights directly to other platform features, enabling you to take immediate action.
Over the next few months we will be working to continuously improve these reports to enable users to take action directly in Beamery based on the insights provided. We appreciate your patience during this transition and are excited to bring you these improvements. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our support team. |
