Beamery’s Candidate Profile is a place where candidates can login to update and manage their own data. Accessible from all parts of the candidate experience, it allows you - as the hiring organization to ensure you have the most up to date information on a candidate. This ensures you can communicate with candidates effectively and get the right roles in front of them, at the right time.
Beamery’s Candidate Profile is effectively an extension of the Convert Flow product; it is a Convert Flow which candidates can login to access the data your organization has for them. It then empowers them to update it as their circumstances change or add to it as they begin to interact with your organization more. Candidate Profile is built within the Convert builder and uses the same profile fields and custom fields that have been set up in your Beamery CRM instance.
Please note, that in order to use Beamery’s Candidate Profile, you will need Custom Web Domains set up and Candidate Profile enabled in your Beamery instance. Please speak to your CSM for assistance with either of these.

Creating a Candidate Profile:
- Navigate to the Convert module by clicking on it in left-hand navigation bar.
- Click the ‘Create conversion Flow’ button in the top right-hand corner.
- Follow the same steps you would to create a Convert Flow (listed in Convert: How to Create a Flow), but before you click Create flow, choose 'Yes' for "Will candidates use this flow to update their information?"
Building the Flow
When building the Convert Flow, you will follow the steps you normally would, as listed in Convert: How to Create a Flow, with these key differences.
What fields are available?
The following fields are not available in this version of the Candidate Profile. You will see these fields greyed out when building a Convert Flow where you chose 'Yes' for "Will candidates use this flow to update their information?" in step 3.

Removing the Thank You page
When building the Candidate Profile it is advisable to remove the Thank You Page and replace this with a toast message.
You do this by doing the following:
- Go to Thank You and Click on “Advanced”
- Change the submission experience to “Display a Toast Message”. You are then able to customize and change the message within the toast message.
The Candidate Experience
The Candidate Profile is a logged in experience for candidates; in order for candidates to be able to access the candidate profile, all you need to do is share the link on your candidate facing assets and then the candidate will be able to click to login
How does a Candidate Login?
A candidate will login using our Candidate Authentication Service.
They will enter their email address and then they will receive an email.
They will then click on the link in the email or use the One Time Password included in the email to login.
Once a candidate has logged in, they will see the convert flow you have created and have the ability to manage their profile data, search for job matches and more.
