Navigating through Beamery is simple, using the Main Menu Bar and the Contextual Menu Bar:
a. The Main Menu Bar: This is the vertical bar on the left-hand side of the screen. You will see the elements that are accessible to all users: Home, Notifications, Explore Beamery, Settings and Logout. You will also see icons for each of the product areas to which you have access: CRM, Marketing, Reporting and Automation.
b. The Contextual Menu Bar: This is the horizontal menu at the top of the screen. Within each module of Beamery, the primary features of that module can be accessed using this menu. For example, while in the CRM module you will have access to People, Pools and Vacancies. The list of available features will be different depending on the module you have selected on the main navigation bar, and your permission level.

Search Options in the Contextual Menu Bar
Quick Search
Quick Search will always be available in the Contextual Menu Bar, on the right-hand side of the bar.
Quick Search in Beamery allows you to easily find specific profiles using a contact’s name, email address, ATS ID, or phone number. Please be aware that terms entered are case-sensitive and ATS IDs must be numerical values only.
You can find the Quick Search Bar in the top navigation bar of most screens in Beamery. Or, you can launch Quick Search from anywhere in Beamery using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+K.
Boolean Search
Selecting the Boolean Search button will take you directly to the Boolean Search feature where you can enter Boolean search strings and use these in combination with filters. To learn more about Boolean search click here.
